Jennifer is a dynamic and compassionate leader with a deep commitment to transformative leadership, particularly in the realms of human health and well-being. Drawing from her extensive experience in leadership development and organizational training, she specializes in creating environments where individuals thrive, both professionally and personally. As a Certified Grief Educator and Coach, entrepreneur, and founder of Your Grief Matters, Jennifer has made it her mission to lead with empathy and support, particularly in the face of life's most difficult challenges.

She spent 15 years as a Director of Internship and Career Planning at the university level, where she managed employer relations and internship placements for J1 international students enrolled in a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration.

After a colleague tragically lost her son in a military training accident in 2022, Jennifer's leadership journey took a powerful turn, propelling her to become an Adult Mental Health First Aider, Suicide Prevention Trainer, and Recovery Friendly Workplace Advocate.
