Samantha joined the association in April of 2019, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry and expertise in operations, compliance, training, and development for local and national organizations. From washing dishes to assisting opening operations of +$1M venues, her passion for the industry has been a driving force for personal and professional growth.

At the NHLRA, Samantha utilizes her diverse background to be a resource to members. Samantha bridges the gap between the hospitality community and key strategic partners, cultivating powerful relationships that amplify the association's collective voice. She directly supports members by providing compliance guidance, resources, and exclusive group-buying opportunities. A versatile content creator, Samantha also manages the NHLRA social media channels, authors the bi-weekly Tuesday Tip, designs the NHLRA's monthly publication The Dish, and researches data trends to create the Granite Snapshot.

Samantha also provides assistance to members seeking to utilize the New Hampshire Hospitality Compensation Trust, which is a not-for-profit, self-insured, dividend returning workers compensation trust that is an exclusive benefit to NHLRA membership. She manages the program’s outreach, assists with onboarding new members or transfers of ownership, and answering NHHCT related questions for current and prospective Trust members.
