Winning Chef of the year would mean a lot to me. I started in the dish pit and worked my way up to becoming the Banquet chef at Owls nest, running 500 plus events a year. To me, this award would represent years of hard work, growth and dedication - not just to my craft but to my team. It would be an incredible honor and a reminder on how far I've come and prove my choice of moving to NH was the right choice.
