Diana Kerns

Diana has been employed at the hotel for nearly 30 years and is everyone’s favorite face to see when arriving. She knows all of our top guests by name, has a friendly personal relationship with them, often asking about their family or home life, and is beloved by the rest of the Front Office team.

Diana KNOWS the operation. She is a supervisor in title and also in practice. She often times serves as a new hire’s trainee, showing them the systems and introducing them to our customer service culture. She knows when to assist and when to let others take charge. She knows repeat groups and what preferences they have, and she knows her team and how to communicate with each of them.
