Barley & Salt, the biggest taphouse in Mount Washington Valley, with 30 rotating craft beers are always on tap, seasonal cocktails keep things fresh, and the food takes your taste buds on a world tour.

Barley & Salt was founded by North Conway entrepreneur and hospitality veteran Ben Williams. In the kitchen, Partner Chef Bryan Lantagne brings serious culinary chops and a farm-to-table philosophy. Out front, Managing Partner Brie Welch, who is a North Conway native, honed her skills out west before returning to North Conway to use that experience to make sure the vibe stays as welcoming as the beer is cold.

Together, they’ve built something the valley is pretty proud of.
