This award would truly be a team award. I am incredibly lucky to have the best supporting cast around me. The crew we have comes in every day and couldn’t work harder, and I’m constantly reminded of that when interacting with our customers. They always go on and on about how great of a crew we have, and that means so much to me.

It would mean a lot to be able to celebrate this accomplishment with them and look back on all the hard work we’ve accomplished together. If I were to win, this award would be the icing on the cake not just for me, but for the entire team that has helped make everything possible.

Regardless of whether I win or not, it is an absolute honor just to be considered for this award, and I take that recognition with great pride. I never imagined I would have the opportunity to win something like this, so the fact that I’m even a finalist is already beyond anything I expected.

Regardless of the outcome, this recognition has already motivated me to work even harder, continue growing, and keep doing what I love most: putting smiles on people’s faces. I’m incredibly grateful to be surrounded by such a hardworking team, and I’m proud of everything we’ve accomplished together.
