Winning Restaurateur of the Year would mean so much to all of us at Patrick’s

—not simply because of the recognition, but because of what it represents.

Patrick’s has always been about so much more than food and hospitality. It is

about people. It is about the Beetle family’s commitment to their employees,

their customers, and the community. It is about the incredible people who

have walked through our doors over the years and the team members who

have poured their hearts into making Patrick’s what it is today.

For those of us who have been here for many years, this restaurant truly feels

like family. We have watched generations of customers and employees grow

up, celebrated countless milestones, supported our community, raised money

for causes that matter, and created a place where people can come together

and feel at home.

To receive this award would be a recognition of all of those years of hard work,

dedication, resilience, and heart. Most importantly, it would be an

acknowledgment of the people behind Patrick’s—the owners who lead with

incredible generosity and integrity, and the staff who show up every day and

give everything they have to our guests.

We would be incredibly proud to accept this award on behalf of the entire

Patrick’s family. It would remind us that what we do matters, and it would

inspire us to keep doing what we love: taking care of people, giving back to

our community, and making every person who walks through our doors feel

like they belong.
