Winning this award would mean so much to our entire team. More than anything, it would mean that all of the hard work they’ve put in is being noticed and recognized.

Our team has poured so much into 603 Bar-B-Q. They show up for the early mornings, the late nights, the long lines, the busy weekends, and all of the work behind the scenes that our customers never get to see. They have believed in what we are building and have continued to raise the standard as we’ve grown.

Winning Neighborhood Restaurant of the Year would be an opportunity to recognize them and show them that what they do matters. Not just the food they serve, but the way they treat our customers, support one another, and represent our restaurant every single day.

We are incredibly proud to be a New Hampshire restaurant and to be part of the community that has supported us from the beginning. To have our team recognized by the NHLRA and our peers in this industry would be one of the greatest honors we could receive.

For me personally, the best part of winning would be getting to look at our team and tell them, “This is yours. You earned this, and thank you!!”
