Update on Evolving Discrimination Laws

Description: The COVID-19 pandemic may have shut down some businesses for a while or caused many employees to work remotely but that doesn’t mean workplace discrimination claims took a holiday. In fact, in some ways, claims increased. This program will take a look at recent developments under federal and state discrimination laws and offer some suggestions on how employers ought to update their policies and practices to prevent or effectively respond to discrimination claims.
