Feeding Dreams. Building Futures. Be a ProStart Mentor.
Mentors can connect to their community and build their networks by getting to know their students' educators and joining local advisory boards. As a mentor, you can provide students with a wide range of work experience, feedback on technique, offer guidance on educational and career pathways, provide tours and extended learning opportunities, and write letters of recommendation.
Being a mentor can be easy and flexible based on your schedule and level of commitment. By working with future industry leaders, mentors are helping to develop high-quality employees for the future of their own businesses and New Hampshire's hospitality industry.
• Provide and coordinate industry-related speakers and present classroom demonstrations
