The New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association (NHLRA) is governed by a Board of Directors of no more than 30 members, with an Executive Committee comprised of the six officers of the Board. All positions on the board are voluntary and are open to all interested NHLRA members in good standing. The primary purpose of the Board of Directors is to help set and fulfill the goals and policies of the association, while positively promoting and advocating for the hospitality industry as a whole. The Board of Directors follows the procedures and guidelines set forth in the NHLRA Constitution & Bylaws.
