Biography
Amie brings a diverse background to the NHLRA, including experience in elementary education and social and corporate event management. As Executive Director of the New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association Education Foundation, she directs the organization’s strategic initiatives. These include secondary and post-secondary education, job training, workforce development, and support for underserved communities. Amie collaborates with many stakeholders to address industry needs and enhance educational opportunities. She is actively engaged in shaping the future of hospitality leadership and supporting current workforce needs through various programs such as ProStart, New Hampshire Hospitality Month, the Extended Opportunities Learning Network, and Fundamentals of Hospitality Management. Amie participates in several Career & Technical Education Centers’ Program Advisory Boards and holds a Governor-appointed position on the Department of Corrections Community Corrections Citizens Advisory Board.
