ServSafe® delivers high-quality training options for every manager. From the classroom to online, and in a variety of languages, this is your food and alcohol safety training and certification solution. Participants in the ServSafe food program attend a 1-day class and will learn basic food sanitation principles from receiving to serving, how to minimize the risk of food borne illness, and how to maximize quality and minimize spoilage while maintaining highest quality and safety. Motivate employees to follow safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Participants who pass the will receive their industry-wide acknowledged ServSafe® Food Safety Certificate.

COST:

$135. 00 for NHLRA Members (includes book with exam answer sheet)

$195.00 for non-NHLRA Members (includes book with exam answer sheet)

You must register to attend a class. Your materials should be reviewed prior to the class. The instructor will assume the student has read the textbook before attending the course. For this reason, NO WALK INS are permitted.

There are no refunds if you do not show up for a class.  You can transfer your attendance to another class but this must be done 2 days prior to the original class scheduled date.

The ServSafe® exam is nationally recognized, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) – Conference of Food Protection (CFP). Using the same approach that ServSafe pioneered for food safety training, ServSafe Alcohol Online brings the same comprehensive training to responsible alcohol service training.

Convenient Schedule

A key benefit to ServSafe Alcohol Online is the convenience. This program can be taken anytime of day; whether you are starting a shift of just ending one. Choosing online training allows you to work around your busy schedule. Online ServSafe Alcohol integrates audio and video, role-play activities along with interactive fuctions. The course is self-paced and navigation is intuitive. Allowing you to easily review and remember key concepts, and put that knowledge to work for your organization.
