ServSafe

The ServSafe^® program provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to foodservice managers. Students can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).  Participants in the ServSafe food program attend a 1-day class from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. Managers learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety. All content and materials are based on actual job tasks identified by foodservice industry experts.

COST:

$140.35 for NHLRA Members (includes instructor taught class, book with exam answer sheet and shipping)

$200.35 for Non-NHLRA Members (includes instructor taught class, book with exam answer sheet and shipping)

You must register to attend a class. Your materials should be reviewed prior to the class. The instructor will assume the student has read the textbook before attending the course. For this reason, NO WALK INS are permitted.

There are no refunds if you do not show up for a class.  You can transfer your attendance to another class but this must be done 2 days prior to the original class scheduled date.
