Jake Tinus and a work colleague dining along Elm Street started rattling off the names and types of restaurants one or both have tried, including Italian, Cajun and upscale American.
"I think they're filling all the niches,” the Eversource contractor said during lunch outside Gyro Spot on Thursday. "I think there's so many it would take you awhile to hit ‘em all.”
The city's restaurant scene is expanding, both in numbers and types of offerings.
"I think overall in downtown Manchester, dining has become one of the strongest, most vibrant amenities that the community has,” said Mike Skelton, president and CEO of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce. Read more from Union Leader.
